Minster Tech Support provides calm, straightforward home tech support in York for everyday computer, Wi-Fi, and device problems.

 

We work with individuals and households who just want their computers, Wi-Fi, and devices to work properly, without jargon, pressure, or being made to feel silly for asking.

We work locally in York, offering home visits, device collection and drop-off, and practical support for real-world problems - not upselling or unnecessary replacements.

How we work

We set up Minster Tech Support to offer a more relaxed and transparent approach to tech help. Many people feel stressed or embarrassed when technology stops working, especially after previous bad experiences with rushed or overly technical support.
